{"id":297,"date":"2013-01-30T11:31:36","date_gmt":"2013-01-30T17:31:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.my2whitedogs.com\/blog\/?p=297"},"modified":"2013-01-30T12:09:02","modified_gmt":"2013-01-30T18:09:02","slug":"week-2-of-fho-surgery-recovery-stitches-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.my2whitedogs.com\/blog\/week-2-of-fho-surgery-recovery-stitches-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Week 2 of FHO surgery recovery- Stitches out!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wow, it has taken me a while to post an update, sorry about that. \u00a0To be totally honest there isn&#8217;t much to write about. \u00a0Bacio, Yuki and I have been stuck here at my dad&#8217;s house while he starts the healing process. \u00a0He is able to stand on all four legs, but you can see how weak and wobbly his right hind leg is. \u00a0This is an picture from a couple days ago:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.my2whitedogs.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/wpid-20130121_171747.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.my2whitedogs.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/wpid-20130121_171747.jpg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Today we went back to Fox Lake Animal Hospital to get his stitches removed. \u00a0Bacio and I got to see Patty, the vet tech that made me feel better about dropping him off for surgery. \u00a0She got his stitches out right away and answered some of my questions. \u00a0Unfortunately for me, Bacio still isn&#8217;t really able to go up and down stairs. \u00a0I thought maybe he&#8217;d be ok, going slow and with a bit of help.
